Earn Funds to Support Your Player's Soccer Expenses
Beach FC is registered with Aramark and Legends to assist our families in funding their child's soccer expenses. Aramark and Legends are international corporations specializing in food service to stadiums, arenas, campuses, businesses, and schools.
Beach FC contracts with Aramark and Legends to provide volunteers to staff events at the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater in Virginia Beach, ODU Football, and the ODU Chartway Arena in Norfolk.
How Funds Are Distributed
Aramark/Legends pays Beach FC for each volunteer, and funds are distributed directly toward individual player fees. Once player fees are paid in full, remaining funds can be reimbursed for approved soccer-related expenses.

SignUpGenius Event Registration
We use SignUpGenius to register volunteers and publish all upcoming venue events. Volunteers can sign up whenever they are available.
Receive Notifications
Once registered, you will receive emails with dates, times, and details for upcoming venue shifts.
Manage Calendar
Sign up easily, send automated event reminders to yourself, and sync events directly to your phone calendar.
Commitment
Show up reliably for all signed-up events to keep your account active and maintain Beach FC's premier venue placement.
Approved Reimbursable Expenses
Once player fees are fully satisfied, earned volunteer funds can be reimbursed for the following approved soccer expenses. Please submit all receipts with your reimbursement form.

Beach FC Volunteer Rules & Guidelines
7-Day Cancellation
Cancellations require at least 7 days notice. Last-minute cancellations create significant staffing overhead.
Professionalism
Represent Beach FC at high-visibility locations. Treat shifts with professional conduct and punctuality.
No-Show Policy
No-shows jeopardize club contracts and lead to probation or suspension from the volunteer program.
Probation Policy Structure
Written clarification detailing shift guidelines kept on file for 1 year.
Prohibits working events for 7, 14, or 30 days based on situation severity.
Severe or venue-mandated violations lead to permanent removal from venue shifts.
TIPS Certification (Free of Charge)
TIPS certification is alcohol awareness training offered a few times throughout the year and valid for 3 years.
• Where required: Required for ANY event at the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater and concerts at the Ted Constant Center.
• Not required for: Sporting events, non-alcoholic events, or select non-alcohol concert stations.
• Recommendation: We prefer all volunteers be TIPS certified so you can work any shift seamlessly.
TIPS classes are provided FREE OF CHARGE to Beach FC volunteers. Class dates are announced via email as scheduled.
